Are You Licensed, Bonded & Insured?

Wilderland roof and window cleaning is licensed, bonded, and insured with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and our license number is 210765. We are happy to provide insurance and license certificates upon request. For further information please see the CCB website for a license number search as well as other helpful advice when selecting a service company!

Do You Use Safety Equipment

Our technicians are equipped with and trained to use a full array of professional safety equipment including ropes and harnesses to safely access your roofs, gutters, windows, and siding for servicing. We abide by the rules and regulations for fall protection and ladder safety.

What About My Gutters?

Keeping your gutters clean and clear of debris is the first step in preventing water damage to your building structure. Usually a bi-annual cleaning is enough to ensure that all systems are flowing and functional, however if your house is under heavy tree coverage more services may be necessary. Be sure to ask us about our automatic maintenance services to bring you peace of mind knowing that your gutters are regularly taken care of.

Do You Pressure Wash Composite Roofs?

Because of the significant wear and tear that any amount of water and pressure causes on composite roofs we do not wash this roof type. Pressure washing your roof removes large amounts of the granule that protect the shingles from sun and weather, as well it erodes the tar and fiberglass underlay leaving your roof exposed and vulnerable to water intrusion.

We opt to use a brush to gently remove the moss growth and then blow the debris down off the roof. Once the roof is cleaned we apply an eco-friendly treatment to ensure that the moss doesn't return!

How Often Should I Have My Roof Cleaned?

Generally an initial cleaning is necessary to remove existing moss growth followed by a treatment which we guarantee for one year. Once your roof is clean an annual treatment is all that is necessary to keep your roof free of pesky and unsightly moss!

What Payment Types Do You Accept?

We accept and prefer all major credit cards as well as check and cash.

What's A Good Schedule for Maintaining the Exterior Of My Home?

Keeping the exterior of your home maintained is essential to prolong its life. Treating roof moss on an annual basis prevents growth from occurring as well as it renews our moss-free guarantee!

Gutters should be cleaned on a bi-annual basis, but in cases with heavy tree coverage more services may be necessary to keep them clear.

Clean windows are entirely cosmetic so whatever level of perfection you like is what works for us! Most of our clients like to have them done either annually or bi-annually but some cases a 3x/year or quarterly cleaning is desired, in which case we're more than happy to schedule at your convenience.

zinc sulfate free v2.png

Proudly Eco Friendly & Zinc Sulfate Free

Other gutter cleaning and roofing companies use zinc sulfate because it’s cheap. The problem is, it’s also unregulated and can be toxic when it’s misapplied (which, unfortunately, happens a lot). We consider ourselves responsible stewards of the environment. That’s why we use a proprietary non-toxic eco-friendly solution, which is effective for cleaning your roof and gutters and is also safe for the environment.
