We normally require a credit card or ACH (e-Check) at the time of booking to reserve your slot. We charge a 3.25% credit processing fee for all card payments.

There is no fee for ACH (E-Check) and cash/check payments on-site. All payment information is encrypted and process through Intuit.

We are also a certified pesticide operator with ODA license # AG-l1084448CPO. (Moss is considered a pest so companies providing moss treatments are required to be licensed by the Oregon Department of Agriculture)

Our technicians are well-trained, equipped, and required to use a full array of industry leading fall protection equipment including ropes and harnesses to safely access your roofs, gutters, windows, and siding. Each new technician goes through a vigorous 4 week training process and they recieve regular ongoing safety inspections. We abide by the rules and regulations for fall protection and ladder safety.

We pride ourselves in only using environmentally and people/pet safe moss treatments that are also certified for use in organic applications.

For roofs with a medium to low pitch, we use Sodium Carbonate Peroxyhydrate (hydrogen peroxide) granule treatment. The treatment oxidizes with moisture (rain/dew) and strips the waxy protective coating from the moss allowing it to die from exposure. Once reacted, it fully breaks down into oxygen and water leaving no harmful byproducts. Safety and environmental information is available is available upon request. Treatment is OMRI certified for organic applications.

For liquid treatment applications, we apply a d-limonene concentrate (citrus oil) applied at a 2%-10% ratio. The treatment works by stripping the protective waxy coating from the moss which allows it to die from exposure. Results are often visible within few hours and will continue work for weeks after application! Safety and environmental information is available upon request. OMRI certified treatment is available on request.

For algae washing, we use diluted outdoor cleaner which contains a sodium-hypochlorite formula that works rapidly to clean stains from algae, mold and mildew. Unlike straight bleach, it’s safe to use around your lawn and landscaping and breaks down once rinsed into the soil.

The Oregon Department of Agriculture considers moss a pest! The law requires all businesses that treat moss to maintain a certified pesticide operators license and that each worker have an active pesticide applicators license. Our License number is AG-L1084448 and each employee holds an active pesticide applicators license. The fastest way is to fill out our quote form on our website or call our office for a quote over the phone. Our coordinators will measure out your home using satellite and use our bidding software to set a price. In some rare instances we may send a technician to your home if we can't collect enough data and imagery online.
