Do you check downspouts?
Yes. Downspout clog checks are part of the service. Let us know if you suspect a problem below ground so the team can confirm what work is appropriate.
How often should I have my gutters cleaned?
Use the condition of your gutters and the trees around your home as your guide. Fall is a useful time to check for accumulated leaves; homes with steady needle drop may need attention at other times too. If you already see overflow, mention it when you request service.
What if I have gutter guards/covers?
Tell us when requesting your quote. Working covers are cleared on top, with sections opened over the downspouts. Failed covers may need removal as an additional service; fully removed covers are not reinstalled.
Is roof moss removal the same thing?
Gutter cleaning and roof moss removal address different maintenance needs. If you’re concerned about both, mention that in your request so the estimate can reflect the work you want.
What does a 60 day clog free guarantee cover?
